When you walk through the doors of North Simcoe Physiotherapy you'll discover a spa-like atmosphere and friendly staff ready to help you on the road to recovery. You'll be guided into one of the clinic's seven private treatment rooms where you'll undergo a thorough assessment by a registered physiotherapist. Based on your own personal goals, your physiotherapist will develop an individualized treatment plan and be part of your rehabilitation journey every step of the way.
Whether you have an injury or acute or chronic condition as a result of a neurological, orthopedic or musculoskeletal disorder, our staff will work with you to restore you to your optimum level of physical function. You'll be provided with a customized exercise program to be done at home and/or in our workout area and receive information for self-management of pain and injury prevention.
In addition to physiotherapy we offer a variety of other services, including: massage, acupuncture, athletic taping, vestibular rehabilitation and more. We consider ourselves team players and work together to provide you with the care you deserve.
While our services aren't covered by OHIP, we do accept coverage from WSIB, MVA and private insurance. As the insurance system can sometimes be tricky to navigate we can help to ensure you get the maximum coverage to achieve your recovery.
If you require an assistive device such as a walker, we have a Registered Assistive Devices Program Authorizer who can assess your condition, provide a recommendation for the appropriate device and authorize it's purchase to ensure reimbursement from the government.
Right from your first inquiry, you'll find that we're passionate about providing high quality professional care that achieves results. All of the staff are dedicated to increasing their skills and knowledge and are constantly working to learn the newest and most advanced techniques through training and research.
Our vision for the future of North Simcoe Physiotherapy is to continue to provide our clients with high quality service while becoming more involved in the community by educating the public on issues such as injury prevention. We also plan to work more closely with educational institutions to train and mentor students through clinical placements and research.
